Castaway is seeking a dedicated Special Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute private events, ensuring flawless experiences for every guest. You will act as the liaison between clients, the culinary team, and operations, overseeing details from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication, with proficiency in Delphi. A passion for hospitality and solid event logistics knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, culinary teams, and event operations.
• Consult with clients to understand vision, preferences, budget, and dietary restrictions.
• Plan menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef to reflect client goals and theme.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors such as florists, rental companies, and entertainment providers.
• Communicate with the Banquet Manager to organize event staffing and ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed to standard.
• Manage billing, contracts, and payments, ensuring deposits and balances are collected before the event.
• Provide event diagrams and ensure all details are communicated to internal teams.
• Collect feedback and handle post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
