Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in catering, event coordination, or hospitality management.
• Proficiency in Delphi is required.
• Knowledge of catering operations, event planning, and banquet service standards.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, culinary teams, and event operations.
• Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, budget, and any dietary restrictions.
• Plan menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef to ensure every event reflects the client's goals and theme.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors such as florists, rental companies, and entertainment providers.
• Communicate with the Banquet Manager to organize event staffing and ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed to standard.
• Manage billing, contracts, and payments, ensuring all deposits and balances are collected before the event.
• Provide event diagrams and ensure all details are communicated clearly to internal teams.
• Collect feedback and handle post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
