Job summary

Spring Branch ISD is looking for a dedicated Job Coach to assist high school special education students with significant disabilities in various work-related training experiences under close supervision. The ideal candidate will require a minimum of 48 college hours or a high school diploma/equivalent and must possess an Educational Aide Certification.

This role involves working directly in training environments to help students develop essential job skills, self-advocacy, and independent living abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 48 college hours or a high school diploma/equivalent plus passing a District Assessment.
• Educational Aide Certification required.
• Background working with children and parents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with disabilities in work-related training programs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans.
• Provide direct supervision and support at the worksite.
