Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Special Education; Michigan secondary teaching certification with Special Education endorsement.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned to standards.
• Create and monitor IEPs and measurable goals for students.
• Deliver instruction in various settings including co-taught and small groups.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to support students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and services.
• Engage families through regular communication.
• Uphold professional ethics and standards as an educator.
