You will design lessons, monitor progress, and coordinate with administration and staff to ensure effective outcomes for students with special needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with diverse student populations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Ex.Ed best practices and Tennessee standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven lesson plans to support students with cognitive or developmental delays.
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
• Maintain special education files per federal/state/local requirements.
• Collect data to measure progress toward IEP goals.
• Plan instructional/behavioral strategies to adapt the general curriculum.
