Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education or related field.
• Licensed or in the process of obtaining IL PEL credential.
• Licensed or in the process of obtaining IL SSE or LBS1 credential.
• Ability to obtain crisis management training certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional process for Elementary School students with IEPs.
• Deliver targeted instruction and create personalized learning experiences.
• Develop detailed daily lesson plans aligned with standards.
• Maintain organized, safe classroom and document student progress.
• Collaborate in co‑teaching settings to meet IEP goals.
• Adapt curricula to diverse learning needs and staff guidance.
