Qualifications

• Experience delivering standards-aligned instruction to diverse learners.
• Ability to plan, assess, and differentiate instruction for all grades.
• Experience coordinating with IEP/504 teams and related services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction across grades, with clear objectives.
• Differentiate and scaffold instruction to meet diverse needs, including IEP/504 plans.
• Use data to drive instruction and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with DSS/ESL staff and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate student records and timely feedback on student work.
• Contribute to a positive, culturally responsive classroom culture.
