Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with physical needs and personal care (feeding, bathroom needs, personal hygiene)
• Transfer and position students, including wheelchairs
• Work with students individually or in small groups to develop motor skills
• Assist students throughout the school day (lunchroom, bus, playground)
• Keep teacher informed of student needs and issues
• Maintain confidentiality
• Participate in professional development and meetings
• Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures
