Job summary

ESC Region 11 is seeking a dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to support students with disabilities in achieving academic, behavioral, and functional goals. The role assists certified teachers with instruction, accommodations, and daily routines to ensure access to the general curriculum and IEP goals.

Responsibilities include small-group and one-on-one instruction, data collection, behavior support, and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.

• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of learning environments, and student materials.
• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and administrators to support student success.
• Support arrival/dismissal routines and other campus duties as needed.
