Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent to graduation from high school.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instructional interventions designed by teachers to help students meet educational and behavioral goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
• Organizes materials and manages time effectively.
• Remains calm while working with students in crisis.
• Uses district-approved de-escalation strategies during crises.
• Attends to health and daily living needs of students as required.
