Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers instructional support and behavioral interventions as outlined by IEPs.
• Adapts to changing situations and maintains organized materials.
• Maintains calm during crises and uses de-escalation strategies.
• Assists with health and daily living needs of students as required.
• Cares for students during transitions, field trips, and activities.
• Operates basic office equipment and classroom technology.
• Communicates effectively with students, parents/guardians, and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
