Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain a CA state driver's license.
• Prior experience supporting children, preferably in special education.
• Highly skilled in working with children with disabilities.
• Advanced communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to support a positive learning environment.
• Implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions.
• Monitor and document student progress and behaviors.
• Assist with preparation of detailed behavioral reports.
• Provide support and mentorship to students facing academic challenges.
