Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• CA driver license required or ability to obtain.
• Paraprofessional/trainee credential preferred.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Ability to support students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing IEP goals and behavioral plans.
• Supervise and support students in classrooms and community settings.
• Document student progress and communicate with teachers and families.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and data.
• Collaborate with teachers to create engaging, individualized instruction.
