Responsibilities include implementing IEPs and Positive Behavior Support Plans, assisting with transitions and personal care, and collecting progress data while fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least three months of experience supporting individuals with learning or behavioral disabilities or similar.
• Knowledge of behavior management and classroom support strategies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm and consistent during challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Support students with academic, behavioral, and self-care goals.
• Implement IEPs and Positive Behavior Support Plans under teacher guidance.
