Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional to support K-12 students with diverse needs in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

You will work closely with teachers to deliver individualized services, monitor student progress, and reinforce learning through data-driven instructional models. This role emphasizes collaboration with staff, adaptability, and commitment to student success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students in a paraprofessional role.
• Lead small group instruction and support the teacher in implementing instructional models.
• Assist with assessments, progress tracking, and communication with families.
• Reinforce learning, provide accommodations, and support behavior management as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to address student needs.
