• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in educational settings.
• IEP goals and accommodations collaboration with teachers and specialists.
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and inclusive classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with assigned students to meet goals in their IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Utilize behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of plans.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
