Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks an assistant teacher to support diverse learners in K-12 settings. You will work with a teacher to deliver small-group instruction, implement SESI’s instructional model, and assist with assessments and behavior support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with small group instruction and individualized support.
• Lead small group sessions using SESI rotational model.
• Collaborate with teachers to provide behavior and academic support and conduct assessments.
• Support daily plans and track student progress toward goals.
• Monitor students and supervise transitions to and from locations.
• Apply de-escalation and safety techniques when needed.
