Responsibilities

• Adapts classroom activities under supervision to support objectives and IEP goals.
• Administers immediate first aid and medical assistance as instructed for health care needs of students.
• Assists data collection to monitor student progress.
• Monitors students during non-classroom periods for safety and behavior.
• Provides instruction in a variety of activities to reinforce learning goals.
• Reports observations and incidents to appropriate staff and administrators.
• Supervises and escorts students to/from classes for safety.
