Responsibilities include implementing IEPs, supporting transitions, collecting progress data, and maintaining a safe classroom. The role emphasizes patience, teamwork, and calm, supportive interactions with students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least three months of experience supporting individuals with learning or behavioral disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavior management and classroom support strategies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm and consistent during challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Support students with academic, behavioral, and self-care goals.
