Job summary

New Story Schools seeks a Special Education Paraprofessional to support students ages 5–21 with autism and emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. You will collaborate with teachers to help students achieve academic, behavioral, and daily living goals in a structured setting.

You will implement IEPs and Positive Behavior Support Plans, assist with transitions and personal care, and collect progress data to tailor supports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required to start.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning or behavioral disabilities beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills necessary.

Responsibilities
