Job summary

Minnetonka Public Schools is seeking a Paraprofessional/Special Education Para at Minnetonka High School for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves 6.5 hours per day across 184 days, with a minimum hourly rate of $24.31 for the 2026-2027 rate.

Responsibilities include supporting individualized instruction, assisting with self-care tasks, operating assistive devices, and participating in IEP conferences. Training on third-party reimbursement may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must meet highly qualified status per MDE.
• Experience supporting student instruction is preferred.
• Strong ability to maintain student data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor individualized instruction for students with disabilities.
• Assist with self-care tasks and supervise safe handling of equipment.
• Maintain behavior charts and document daily progress.
• Participate in IEP and school meetings as requested.
