Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree as required.
• Massachusetts Teaching License in the appropriate content area with Moderate Disabilities.
• ESL license or SEI endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Implement district learning goals and objectives aligned with state frameworks and identify access points for student portfolio development.
• Provide small-group instruction to students with moderate to severe cognitive delays to support progress in the general curriculum.
• Write and implement IEP goals and provide regular progress reports on student development.
• Provide accommodations and, when required, develop curricula and collect/analyze student work for MCAS Alternate preparations.
• Collaborate with school staff to support modifications and respond to student needs.
• Assist with transition planning to adult living services where appropriate.
