Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s degree or higher or passing an assessment measuring ability to assist teachers.
• Ability to implement specialized instruction and adapt curriculum per IEP.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specially designed instruction per IEP under supervision.
• Provide instruction in or out of classroom in small groups or 1:1.
• Collaborate with general education and support services teams.
• Monitor and report student progress weekly.
• Participate in team meetings and data reviews.
• Assist with data collection for IEP goals.
• Support daily scheduling and planning for consistent programming.
• Assist with toileting, specials, recess, lunch, and transportation as documented in IEP.
