Job summary

Northborough-Southborough Public Schools is seeking an Educational Support Professional (ESP) Long-Term Substitute to provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities under the student support services team.

The role reports to the Principal or Student Support Services Administration and requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent assessment; duties include implementing IEP goals, data collection, collaboration with teachers, and participation in weekly team meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher, or passing an assessment measuring ability to assist teachers in reading, writing and math.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with disabilities under supervision.
• Work in classroom or small groups and with general education staff to deliver accommodations.
• Monitor student progress and participate in weekly team meetings.
