Job summary

Northborough-Southborough Public Schools seeks an Educational Support Professional (ESP) to serve as a Preschool long-term substitute. The ESP will work under the Student Support Services team to provide specialized instruction and support for students with disabilities.

Responsibilities include implementing IEP-driven instruction, collaborating with teachers, monitoring progress, and participating in weekly data reviews and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or higher) or passing assessment for reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities preferred.
• Able to work under supervision and collaborate with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with IEP goals.
• Work in various settings: individual, small group, or co-taught classes.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and the SPS team to deliver universal accommodations and curriculum.
• Monitor and report student progress weekly.
• Participate in data review, updates, and weekly meetings.
