The Chicago Public Schools seeks a dedicated Case Manager to support students with disabilities under IDEA and Section 504. You will coordinate evaluations, develop IEP/504 plans, schedule services, and chair conferences with families, schools, and staff to ensure timely, compliant processes.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s in special education (or a Master’s in educational administration) and a valid PEL are required, with two+ years in special education.

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years of experience in special education
• Experience coordinating IEPs and 504 plans
• Familiarity with MTSS or RTI processes
• Knowledge of IDEA and Section 504 requirements
