Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops IEPs for students with disabilities and implements IEP goals.
• Implements instructional strategies and progress monitoring tools for specially designed instruction.
• Assists students in completing curriculum tasks and achieving IEP goals.
• Employs diverse teaching methods and materials to meet student needs.
• Monitors behavior, maintains classroom discipline, and teaches appropriate behavioral strategies.
• Evaluates progress and coordinates grades and report cards.
• Attends IEP meetings as a collaborative team member.
• Engages in professional development and stays current with best practices.
