• Implements instructional strategies and progress monitoring tools for specially designed instruction.
• Assists students to complete curriculum tasks and achieve IEP goals.
• Employs varied teaching methods and materials to meet student needs.
• Monitors student behavior and maintains classroom discipline; de-escalates issues.
• Attends IEP meetings and collaborates with the team.
• Keeps abreast of trends and best practices via professional development.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
