Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Completion or progress toward education credits is preferred.
• ParaPro assessment score (460+) required depending on role.
• Two years of paid experience with children.
• Ability to work with students with disabilities and diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to students with disabilities in learning activities.
• Assist staff to create and implement individualized lessons.
• Maintain student progress records and data for assessments.
• Assist with daily routines, safety and behavioral expectations.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student needs and progress.
