Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions is hiring an Instructional Aide for the Premier High School (Mesa) of El Paso. The role supports students with disabilities under the guidance of teachers and campus administration, focusing on IEP/ARD processes and inclusive instruction.

Starting immediately, you will assist with progress tracking, collaboration with specialists, and maintaining records while helping students participate in class activities and assessments.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or GED.
• Three years of experience as Educational Aide I or II, or 30 college credits with child development focus, or a center certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in educational and social development of students under teacher and campus admin guidance.
• Support IEP implementation and monitor student progress.
• Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, social workers, and other therapists.
• Maintain student records and assist ARD/IEP timelines.
• Coordinate service providers and ensure regular progress evaluations.
• Send IEP report cards to parents alongside general report cards.
• Prepare materials and schedule to support general education goals for students with disabilities.
• Ensure compliance with state assessments and alternate assessments.
• Support Intervention processes and communicate with IDEA supervisor.
• Maintain communications with parents, students, teachers, and administrators.
• Follow school policies and document required reports.
