Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions is seeking a Special Education Instructional Aide to support teachers and students with a range of disabilities. You will help implement IEPs, track progress, and assist in daily classroom activities.

The role involves coordinating with ARD/IEP teams, maintaining records, and supporting students to participate fully in activities, while adhering to district policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong patience when working with students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the educational and social development of students under teacher guidance.

• Provide support for students inside and outside the classroom.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, social workers, and therapists.
• Maintain student records and assist ARD/IEP scheduling.
