Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or GED.
• Three years as Educational Aide I/II, or 30 college hours with child development emphasis, or ESC certificate.
• Experience with students or parents as approved by the employing superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in educational and social development under teacher direction.
• Implement IEPs and monitor student progress.
• Support students inside and outside the classroom to participate.
• Coordinate with speech therapists, social workers, and therapists.
• Maintain student records and assist ARD/REED meetings and timelines.
