Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to teachers in coordinating instructional programs for special education students.
• Assist teachers with strategies for implementing students’ behavioral intervention plans.
• Organize materials and ensure resources are available per lesson plan requirements.
• Demonstrate professional and technical skills to support student achievement.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of student information.
• Participate in district staff development and growth opportunities.
• Assist with student transitions between classes and address health care needs as required.
• Support low- and high-tech assistive technologies and AAC devices in class.
