Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Apps preferred.
• Ability to protect confidentiality under FERPA and other laws.
• Team player with strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instructional planning and implementing IEPs.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe classroom.
• Support use of assistive technology and AAC devices.
• Prepare materials and manage records with confidentiality.
• Coordinate transitions and help with health care needs when required.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners.
