Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Special Care Nursery Transition Program at Elmhurst Hospital. You will train under a nurse preceptor for 16 weeks, transitioning into a Level 2E NICU with 10 beds and dedicated education time.

Responsibilities include delivering professional nursing care, assessing patients, and coordinating with the care team under hospital policies. Evening/night shifts and precepted day/night options are available.

Qualifications

• Inpatient RN experience preferred.
• Illinois RN licensure active.
• NRP within six months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Nurse Practice Act.
• Train with a nurse preceptor for 16 weeks in NICU.
