Job summary

Syensqo is seeking an SPC Champion to lead SQC/SPC processes across sites. This senior engineering role will mentor site engineers and drive quality improvements through DMAIC and statistical methods.

Initial assignment in a global project team to deploy an SQC/SPC system, with eventual site reporting. The role aims to improve customer satisfaction, reduce waste, and minimize quality risks while supporting a circular economy.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Demonstrated use of statistical tools.
• Prior experience managing customer relationships preferred.
• Working knowledge of Composite, Carbon Fiber, and/or Adhesives.
• Must pass a background check.
• US positions must handle ITAR/NIST controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and influence Site Engineering in SQC/SPC processes.
• Provide project management leadership to drive improvements and communicate internally and to customers.
• Provide leadership and oversight of process/product capability reviews.
• Collaborate with Customer and GBU personnel to manage changes that could impact quality risk.
• Coordinate and schedule training in SQC/SPC for site personnel.
• Handle ITAR/NIST controlled information for US positions.
