Job summary

MW/MB, LLC is seeking a quality and process-conscious leader to ensure optimum process performance and conformance across raw materials and finished products. The role emphasizes safety, quality data, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include leading the Quality Lab, supervising technicians, managing lab equipment, and coordinating with logistics for material unloading.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Supervision of direct and indirect team members.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Working knowledge of Minitab software.
• Experience with Quality System software.
• Knowledge and extensive working experience and utilization of statistical process control (SPC) methods and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure conformance, quality, receipt and unloading of batch and sizing raw materials.
• Oversee manufacture and delivery of sizing to the forming process.
• Ensure finished products meet or exceed customer expectations; pursue continuous improvement.
• Lead safety and housekeeping efforts and corrective actions within projects and areas.
• Lead and direct the Quality Lab, supervise technicians, and manage lab equipment and software.
• Audit raw material suppliers and coordinate unloading of raw material from truck and rail.
