Syensqo SA is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to provide technical support for the manufacturing facility. You will influence design, data gathering, troubleshooting, and process improvements to reduce variation and optimize yield, cost, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead initiatives in process safety, change management, and training, while supporting ISO 9001, EFfCI, RSPO, Kosher, and HALAL compliance. Collaboration with operations and maintenance is essential.

Qualificações

• BS ChE or related engineering degree is required.
• 3-5+ years of engineering experience in Process and Project Engineering.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing and familiarity with PSM is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote operating discipline and accountability for execution excellence.
• Assist with transfers and NPDI; assess equipment and quality capabilities.
• Lead efforts with Plant Quality to analyze quality and cycle times and reduce variation.
• Investigate off-grade or abnormal batches; identify root cause and corrective actions.
• Support small capital projects and ensure safety reviews and timelines are met.
• Train operators and supervisors on unit operations and DCS changes.
