Job summary

Qnity Electronics seeks a Program Manager, SPC Leader, to steer process control and analytics across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S. and abroad.

You will champion standardized SPC/PCS frameworks, partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT to reduce variation and accelerate data-driven decisions. The role requires 7–10 years of manufacturing SPC experience, strong statistical knowledge, and proficiency with JMP/Python/R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of manufacturing experience with SPC/PCS and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Experience selecting, deploying, and integrating manufacturing information systems (SPC software, data historians, LIMS).
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, DOE, MSA/GRR, FMEA, Six Sigma, and process control systems.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple sites and functions.
• Proficiency with JMP, Python, R, Minitab or equivalent tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise SPC/PCS strategy across all AFT sites.
• Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and governance of SPC software and analytics platforms.
• Establish standardized process control systems and performance metrics globally.
• Assess SPC/PCS effectiveness and realign priorities with leadership.
• Conduct site assessments and audits for compliance with standards.
• Coach and mentor operators, engineers, and site leaders.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variation sources, and CAPA opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional investigations on process instability and yield loss.
• Develop KPI dashboards and automated alerts for better decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement using SPC, FMEA, DOE, MSA/GRR, Six Sigma.
