Job summary

Qnity Electronics is seeking a Program Manager, Statistical Process Control, to lead process control, manufacturing analytics, and digital quality initiatives across multiple sites in the US and abroad. You will drive a standardized SPC/PCS framework, reduce variation, and implement data-driven decision making with IT and operations teams.

The role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of SPC, analytics platforms, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years manufacturing experience with SPC/PCS implementations and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Experience selecting, deploying, and integrating manufacturing information systems including SPC software, data historians, LIMS, analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, process capability analysis, DOE, MSA/GRR, FMEA, Six Sigma and process control systems.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple sites and functions.
• Proficiency with JMP, Python, R, Minitab or equivalent tools.
• Excellent communication, project management and change leadership skills.
• Domestic and international travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise SPC/PCS strategy across all sites.
• Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and governance of SPC software and analytics platforms.
• Establish standardized process control systems, procedures and KPIs across operations.
• Assess SPC/PCS effectiveness and align roadmaps with leadership objectives.
• Conduct site assessments to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coach and mentor operators, engineers, and leaders.
• Analyze data to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional investigations on process issues.
• Develop KPI dashboards and automated alerts for visibility.
• Drive Six Sigma, DOE, MSA/GRR and other tools for continuous improvement.
• Serve as global SME for statistical methods and analytics.
