Valmet is seeking a Spare Parts Specialist in Charlotte, NC to be the primary contact for assigned accounts, handling quotations, order acknowledgements, and general customer support for spare parts and consumables.

You will provide technical applications support, identify parts using Valmet documentation systems, and assist spare part coordinators and other sales personnel to ensure accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from a two-year college in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years customer service or technical capacity experience; or equivalent.
• Experience in pulp and paper industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as customer contact for assigned accounts; facilitate inside sales functions.
• Provide quotations and order acknowledgements for spare parts and consumables.
• Offer technical applications support and guidance to customers and sales personnel.
• Provide technical support for spare part coordinators and sales personnel.
