Job summary

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years customer service experience or experience in a technical capacity, preferably in the pulp and paper industry.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer contact for assigned accounts, providing quotations and order acknowledgments for spare parts and consumables.
• Identify specific parts using Valmet documentation systems.
• Provide technical applications support and customer quotations for spare parts and consumables.
• Support spare part coordinators, customers, and other sales personnel with technical guidance.
