Job summary

Control Southern is seeking a Parts Specialist to support aftermarket parts sales and customer service within an assigned territory. You will use product knowledge to create spare parts solutions, prepare quotations, and guide customers through equipment lifecycles.

In this role, you will collaborate with Account Managers, Application Engineers, and Service Teams to identify opportunities, drive revenue, and build long-term customer relationships while maintaining accurate records and timely

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer service, sales support, or technical environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on helping customers succeed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Webex).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as IFS and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for aftermarket parts inquiries, quotations, orders, and documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare accurate quotations and actively follow up to secure orders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Engineers, and Service Teams to provide complete solutions.
• Manage order fulfillment from quotation through invoicing and tracking.
