Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler for our Greencastle, PA location. You will plan and schedule maintenance activities, manage work orders, and maintain CMMS data while coordinating plant shutdowns as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in industrial maintenance, strong Excel/Access skills, and the ability to work independently while driving process improvements across maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with all levels of the organization.
• 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance or similar.
• Self-directed with ability to guide others.
• Identify and implement process improvements; proficient with CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to inquiries and promoting KNAPP products and services.
• Data entry into Knapp CMMS, KPI reports and Excel Spreadsheets.
• Maintain and format Excel spreadsheets and generate reports of daily, weekly and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance; using Kisoft Analytics and SCADA.
• Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
• Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department.
• Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS.
• Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
