Job summary

MTF Biologics seeks a STAR Specialist for SPARC wound care to drive growth in a defined territory. You will collaborate with STAR Sales, executives, and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, educate customers, and execute account strategies that achieve revenue and growth targets.

Responsibilities include analyzing opportunities, developing champions, and expanding adoption, while building a robust network of clinical advocates and KOLs in the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in sales is required.
• At least 2 years of successful sales experience, medical device or B2B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze territory and account opportunities to drive SPARC portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with STAR representatives, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop champions and broaden adoption.
• Provide responsive, knowledgeable support to customers and ensure timely follow-up.
• Develop new accounts and expand utilization while cultivating future KOLs in the territory.
