Excelsia Injury Care is seeking an administrative professional to support department physicians, supervisors, and managers. You will handle phone messages, coordinate records, maintain charts, and ensure patient confidentiality as part of a busy outpatient clinic environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask with tact in patient management. A team-focused approach and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6 months+ of medical administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient data entry and basic computer skills (Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to physicians and department administrators.
• Direct patients and manage reception duties with sensitivity.
• Maintain clinic charts and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Prepare and file reports, records, and messages.
• Scan and upload documents to the EHR.
