Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a dedicated office assistant to support chiropractic and physical therapy operations. The role involves greeting patients, managing registrations, and maintaining accurate records in the EHR system.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a similar medical office setting, be proficient in Spanish, and hold CPR/First Aid certification. Background checks and travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification must be maintained.
• At least 1 year of office experience in physical therapy and/or chiropractic care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check patients in and out with proper customer service etiquette.
• Assist patients pre and post care and document modalities performed and progress notes.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms and supervise equipment.
• Handle administrative tasks: filing, chart prep, patient registration, posting charges, scanning, emailing.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure proper documentation and scheduling across locations.
