Qualifications

• Empathy and ability to relate to borrowers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate fluently, both written and verbally, in English and Spanish.
• Customer service, payment processing, account negotiation, to conflict resolution.
• Carry out debt collections strategies while complying with laws.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable service in person and through other channels.
• Input data accurately into multiple software systems.
• Work with Cloud Lending, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Reach borrowers using calls, email, letters, faxes and texts.
• Report and provide feedback on activities and performance of the Loan Servicing Department.
