We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment who will play a critical role in servicing mortgage accounts and supporting borrowers throughout the life of their loans.

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of loan servicing responsibilities, including payment processing, payoff requests, escrow administration, and delinquency management. You'll work directly with borrowers, helping them navigate financial challenges by establishing repayment solutions that align with investor and insurer guidelines.

Success in this position requires a unique blend of strong organizational skills, a professional communication style, sound judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service. In addition to working with customers, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams, refer eligible accounts to loss mitigation programs, and ensure accurate investor and insurer reporting.

This is a fast-paced, high call volume position with a high frequency of tasks to be worked each day. It blends the responsibilities of both loan servicing and collections activities at the company.
