Job summary

Finanta seeks a Loan Servicing Associate to support the Finanta Loan Fund and Finanta Credit Union loan portfolios. You will review loan documents for accuracy and compliance, manage exceptions, collateral, and insurance data, and assist with monthly billing and customer inquiries.

Based in Lancaster, this full-time role operates M-F 8:30am-5:00pm with flexible start/end times. Spanish speaking is preferred to serve a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking ability is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with loan servicing or financial documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness and policy compliance.
• Identify and resolve loan exceptions with appropriate team members.
• Manage and track held collateral and insurance information; respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate monthly loan billing and data entry for loan portfolios.

The Loan Servicing Associate is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to both the Finanta Loan Fund and Finanta Credit Union loan portfolios. Responsibilities include reviewing loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable lending policies; identifying, entering, monitoring, and working with appropriate team members to clear loan exceptions; managing and tracking held collateral; processing and maintaining insurance information; responding to customer service inquiries; performing loan-related data entry and maintenance; coordinating monthly loan billing; and providing ongoing support for Loan Fund and Credit Union loan servicing operations.
